Cancellation Policy

- Please arrive on time for the appointment. - We allow 10 10-minute grace period. After that, the pointe shoe fitting will be cancelled. - Late arrivals can reduce the fitting time. - Please arrive with clean feet and trimmed toenails. - If you already have toe pads, spacers or accessories, bring them along. - Wearing convertible tights is recommended. Before sewing or wearing the brand-new pointe shoes, please confirm the fit and style with your ballet teacher. Pointe Shoes are highly specialized; proper teacher approval helps avoid injury or incorrect use. - Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.
