Our expert fitters take the time to understand your unique foot shape, strength, and experience level to ensure a precise and supportive fit. During your personalized fitting, we’ll explore different brands, shapes, and styles to find the shoe that feels like an extension of you: beautifully balanced and perfectly secure. Whether it’s your very first pair or a replacement for your well-loved favorites, we’ll guide you every step of the way. Because your safety and success matter to us, we recommend having your dance teacher present for your first fitting to share their valuable input. ✨ Book your pointe shoe fitting today and let us help you find your perfect pair — one that supports every leap, turn, and dream. Pointe Shoe Fitting Policy
- Punctuality is mandatory. Please arrive on time for your appointment. - ONLY FOR ROYAL POINTE CLUB: Fittings are held exclusively before the store opens. In special cases, alternate times may be arranged based on availability — please call the store or email sales@duckfeetdance.ca to inquire. - A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, the fitting will be automatically cancelled, and rescheduling is subject to availability. - Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee or loss of booking privileges. - Late arrivals will reduce your fitting time to ensure the next appointment begins promptly. - Clean feet and neatly trimmed toenails are required for the fitting. - Wearing convertible tights and bringing your own toe pads, spacers, or accessories is mandatory for an accurate fitting. - We strongly recommend that a dance teacher be present during the fitting. Their expertise is invaluable and ensures the best possible fit and guidance for each dancer. - Before sewing or wearing your new pointe shoes, please confirm the fit and style with your ballet teacher. Pointe shoes are highly specialized, and teacher approval is essential to ensure proper fit, prevent injury, and support correct use.
